A Life Shaped by Horses
Born in 1987 and raised in the South of France, Alizée’s life with horses began practically in the cradle. The daughter of two riding instructors, she was on Shetland ponies by the age of two and spent her formative years in the family stable, absorbing the rhythm of daily life with horses. Her early years were filled with joyful exploration, grounded in relaxed, natural horsemanship.

Originally a successful show jumper, Alizée found her passion in dressage as a young rider. She quickly rose through the ranks, competing at the top levels in the pony division and eventually reaching international Grand Prix with her celebrated stallion, Mistral du Coussoul.
From Athlete to Artist
Alizée’s competitive accomplishments are only one part of her story. With a resume that includes numerous placings in international Grand Prix competition and a five-year tenure as the coach of the French National Dressage Pony Team, she made a name for herself early on as a gifted trainer and rider.

But in 2009, she began a transformative journey—sharing a new kind of dressage through live performances across the world. With hundreds of thousands of spectators and a global following on social media, Alizée has become internationally recognized for her breathtaking demonstrations of advanced dressage movements performed bitless, bridleless, and often with just a neck rope.

The French Woman on a Mission
Always curious, always evolving, Alizée is known as “The French woman on a mission.” Her drive to understand horses more deeply pushes her to discover new ways to help them grow—not just as athletes, but as partners. Her work celebrates the idea that when a horse feels heard, understood, and empowered, it becomes capable of true brilliance—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
